hand and upper extremity therapy.
Hand and upper extremity therapy allows a patient to regain maximum use of their
hand or arm following injury, surgery, disability, and disease.
ATI's hand and upper extremity treatment program is designed to ensure patients
receive the most advanced treatment available. ATI's program is derived from proven
research-based outcomes and is customized for each individual's needs.
Certified hand therapists utilize hands-on rehabilitation, apply modalities, teach
patients exercise, and create custom splints. ATI's program strengthens hands and
the upper extremity to reduce the risk of re-injury and allow patients independence
and quality of life.
