Welcome to ATI Physical Therapy!

The "best in the region" is joining the "best in the nation." We are pleased to announce APT PLUS is now part of the ATI Physical Therapy family.

ATI Physical Therapy is a comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation provider, specializing in research-based Physical Therapy, Work Conditioning/Hardening, Functional Capacity Assessments, Sports Medicine and Performance, and Women’s Health. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations by providing the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment.

We are dedicated to preserving and protecting what was best about APT PLUS and enhancing services to provide the ultimate patient experience. Therefore, the same friendly and knowledgeable people you know and trust will continue to serve you at all three clinics in Hammond, Griffith and Dyer.

A few of the new features you'll notice include research-based treatment plans, renovated facilities, new equipment, additional staff, extended hours, and transportation services. For your convenience, ATI also has a clinic at 165th Street in Hammond, and will soon open a clinic in Munster.

Who is ATI Physical Therapy?

ATI may be new to you, but we are not a new company.  Founded in 1996, we now have over 110 locations in six states: Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.  This year, ATI became one of the first physical therapy companies in the country to be awarded URAC Core Accreditation, a mark of distinction that recognizes ATI’s commitment to quality health care.

Please enjoy navigating our website to learn more about how ATI has distinguished itself in the industry by taking a proactive approach toward patient care and continually improving and expanding its services.  A few examples:

  • Specialty clinics for healthcare needs unique to women (ATI Women Serving Women)
  • On-site Athletic Training services for universities, high schools, clubs, and professional athletic teams
  • The F.I.R.S.T ™ work conditioning program has successfully returned more than 5,000 injured workers to their careers
  • Unique in the industry, ATI has a dedicated in-house Research Department to improve rehabilitation outcomes through basic science, transitional research, and evidence-based medicine
  • ATI remains committed to giving back to the communities we serve.  The ATI Foundation, a non-profit organization, provides funding and resources to physically impaired children.
