ATI Physical Therapy is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces. ATI is ranked as the No. 4 workplace in the large company category and is the only healthcare company in the top 5. Last year, ATI ranked 8th in the midsize category.
ATI is highlighted in the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces special edition that was published November 13th. ATI President and Chief Operating Officer Dylan Bates discussed the importance of hiring people who believe in the company culture.
Bates described why most interviews take place in the clinics. “We want to see the applicant in the environment and see if they really have some of the qualities we’re looking for, see if they pick up on and connect with our culture."
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. 254 companies participated in the program and 100 have been selected for the Top 100 Workplaces award. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
Here are just a few of the employee survey responses:
“ATI has created a winning culture and attracts people that are just great to work with.”
