How do I get started with the ATIPT App?
It’s easy! Download the ATIPT App from the App Store or Google Play today and begin to enjoy features such as: the ATI Clinic Finder, the ATI Blog, and learn about ATI’s services. To unlock all of the great features of the ATIPT App designed to enhance your treatment experience, all you need to do is schedule your first visit with us – be sure to provide your email address or mobile phone number, and we’ll send you an activation code to link to your personal account! Already a patient? No problem, just ask your therapist to click ‘join’ at your next visit and a welcome email will be sent to you immediately!
What makes the ATIPT App different than other fitness/exercise apps?
The ATIPT App is much more than a fitness app – it was designed to be your companion to treatment by elevating your physical therapy experience. Your account links directly to your personal care plan where you can visualize the goals your therapist has set for you, specify and continually rate your progress towards personal goals that matter to you (that your therapist can then see!), sync your calendar with your upcoming therapy appointments, and access your individualized home exercise program prescribed to you by your therapist (and updated real-time as s/he upgrades your program over time!)
Why do I need an activation code to unlock the full features of the ATIPT App?
Since the ATIPT App was designed to be a companion to your ATI therapy experience, your account is uniquely mapped to your individualized physical therapy care plan. To protect your privacy, we provide a unique activation code linked to your account to ensure your information is secure.
I received the activation code and downloaded the App, but I can't register my account?
Please verify that the email address is the same as the one you provided to ATI at the time of scheduling. If you have verified this and are still running into problems, please call the ATIPT App Support line at 855-5-ATI-APP
I'm receiving an error message when I try to access my exercises – what seems to be the issue?
Please ensure cookies are enabled in your phone’s browser settings. If you continue to experience problems, please call the ATIPT App Support line at 855-5-ATI-APP
I did not receive a welcome email to ATIPT App.
Speak to your therapist to have them re-send the welcome invite. If you continue to have problems, please call the ATIPT App Support line at 855-5-ATI-APP
The access code is not visible in my email.
Try first closing and re-opening the email. If this does not resolve it, see if there is a “download full message” or “show images” suggestion in the email. If there is, click on it and verify that you want to download/view images. If you continue to have problems, please call the ATIPT App Support line at 855-5-ATI-APP
I cannot log into the ATIPT App with the access code provided.

App will not launch or displays error code after launching.
