Talent and Infrastructure
We’ll work with you to develop a program that will meet your needs and is customized to your business. Every client is assigned an Account Manager who is the key point person for relaying rollout process metrics and following up monthly with key client reps to discuss program progression. Depending on the size of the program, AWS will likely assign one or two on-site Specialists to serve as the Program Lead(s). Program Lead(s), along with the assigned Director of Operations, will have weekly/monthly calls with all service delivery staff to ensure focus on KPIs and consistency in program delivery. Your program will also have oversight by our VP of Operations.
Additionally:
- Our HR department will ensure that national/state regulatory guidelines are met; our talent acquisition team will find qualified staff in areas throughout the U.S.
- New talent onboarding will meet ATI and client-specific requirements
- ATI’s legal department will ensure expedited review of contracts, and include necessary documentation for insurance coverage
