Reporting
We've built an innovative system that provides controls in all processes, methodology of delivery and reporting.
Custom Reporting Capabilities
With a solid infrastructure, we ensure consistency in program delivery and data collection. For program-specific documentation, we’ve has built our own customized EMR System called OnSyte for employee documentation that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. This system allows for cross-department, facility and site documentation for comparative analysis. Reporting will be specific to facilities, and can roll up into innumerable options, such as all DCs, like MFGs, etc.
Every “encounter” that a CEIS has with an associate will be captured in OnSyte. Encounters are defined as “any substantial one-on-one interaction with an employee” (i.e., employee touches) and are classified by one of five primary categories:
- Possibly Work Related (PWR)
- Non Work Related (NWR)
- Educational
- Wellness
- Fit for Duty (FFD)
For PWR and FFD, the employer is copied on all documentation to include, but not limited to:
- First report of injury/discomfort
- Objective findings
- Root cause assessment
- Corrective actions
- Treatment (all within the guidelines of First Aid)
- Plan, which for the FFD includes specifics on return to work capabilities, accommodations etc.
All other encounters are reported in aggregate and without individual identifiers such as name, badge number etc. Site contacts will also receive Monthly and Quarterly reporting that is specific to a site and includes data on site departments, shifts etc. For multi-site employers, reports are also provided that include all supported sites, allowing for the leveraging of common learnings across the greater organization. These, along with others, can be set as the Key Performance Metrics (KPIs).
OnSyte data can be manipulated into any format for analysis to include:
- Locations
- Divisions
- Shifts
- States
- Area of pain
- Body part
