World Champion. The words are easy to say, but harder to achieve.
Anyone can say they are a champion, but what does that mean?
At ATI, we say we are the World Champion of Our Industry. Being a World Champion is about being the best we can be, and pushing ourselves to the next level of our careers. It’s tapping into the competitive nature within each of us and within our fellow colleagues every day.
It’s the goals we set for ourselves to achieve great things every time we come into work. It’s taking a highly personalized approach to patient care, and improving on that every day. It’s making the last patient feel like he or she is the first patient of the day. It’s opening the door for our patients and greeting them by name. It’s making sure their billing statement is accurate and easy to understand. It’s putting ourselves in patients’ shoes when they call us with an issue. It’s making sure that we are exceeding expectations and providing the highest quality of care possible.
Being the World Champion of Our Industry is who we are inherently. It’s not something determined by other companies. By setting our own personal goals and working together to achieve a collective goal, we are setting the bar for the industry. And we are constantly raising that bar. What’s good for ATI is good for the industry and our patients, referral sources, and the communities we serve.
AT ATI, being the best we can be, individually and collectively, is how we can say we are a World Champion. It’s something we can say with pride. It’s the goal that we reach for every day with every interaction.
