ATI Worksite Solutions provides all required alcohol and drug screens for pre-employment, post-accident, random, and additional DOT needs with provider-level staffing. Additionally, using our post offer testing process we can ensure that new hires can in fact perform ALL critical and essential functions of the job.
From the screening of new hires to a fitness for duty assessment, ATI Worksite Solutions will create and implement testing programs that ensure your workers can safely do their job. All testing formats are designed to meet ADA and EEOC requirements for appropriate and defensible testing. Other available testing programs include baseline physical capabilities screening, core strength, balance and proprioception.
Functional Task AnalysisTM
The Functional Task Analysis (FTAT)TM employed by ATI Worksite Solutions, expands on this basic overview of job tasks to include the functional weights and movements required of the job. This document is useful when provided to a physician in order to assist in the assignment of appropriate work-related restrictions. In addition, the FTA is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and useful in determining the ability and/or methodology for accommodation, as well as the precursor for developing any pre-employment testing.
Post-Offer Testing
Post-offer evaluations screen potential new hires to ensure they meet the physical requirements necessary to perform a job. Our consultant will develop a job-specific physical simulation which includes parts and equipment from your own facility to ensure accuracy.

Return to Work Services
When an employee has been away from the job for an extended time due to an injury or other reason, ensuring a safe return to work reduces risk of re-injury and the likelihood of even more time away from work. We provide services to get your employees back to work in a safe and timely manner.
Transitional Duty Programs
Our comprehensive assessment examines the employee's ability to perform all essential functions of the job to determine whether he/she
is ready to return to work at full capacity, or may need a transitional duty program designed for a progressive return to full duty. If a employee is not yet ready for full-capacity work, ATI Worksite Solutions will manage the transitional duty program. An AWS Transitional Duty program will be DYNAMIC and challenging to the employee, allowing them to gain the strength and stamina needed to perform his/her regular job.
