Eric Slusser, Chief Financial Officer at ATI Physical Therapy, has spent more than 35 years in corporate finance, audit, business development, information technology, financial planning and analysis, controllership, real estate, and investor relations. As a finance leader, Eric’s strengths have been in developing strong finance teams, optimizing businesses for growth and supporting the business leaders to achieve growth targets.  With extensive experience in business transformation, restructuring, and organizational effectiveness, Eric has been chief financial officer and a member of the executive management team at several leading publicly held and private companies including therapy provider Select Rehabilitation. Most recently Eric was the Chief Financial Officer for Carbon Health. His prior experience includes positions as Chief Financial Officer of Mallinckrodt’s Specialty Generics business, Elara Caring, Express Scripts, Gentiva Health Services, and Centene. He was also the executive vice president of finance, chief accounting officer, and controller at Cardinal Health. He was also a senior vice president, chief accounting officer, and controller at MCI.
