Managing Payments is Getting Easier

Introducing the New ATI Payment Portal

ATI Physical Therapy is currently transitioning patient balances to the new ATI Payment Portal.

Within the coming weeks, patients will be receiving a link via text and/or email to access your ATI Payment Portal account, view your balance, and make payments.

Please note that clinic staff will not have access to the new portal until June 23rd.

For assistance, please reach out to our Patient Advocate team at 855-MY-ATIPT (855-692-8478) and select Option 2 or email PatientAdvocate@atipt.com

New Portal FAQs

To help make your transition to the new ATI Payment Portal as smooth as possible, ATI will send several communications before the portal launches.

June 8: You will receive a text message and email introducing the ATI Payment Portal, encouraging you to save ATI Payment Portal contact information and explaining that your balance is moving from InstaMed. During this transition, your InstaMed account may display a $0 balance.

June 9: You will receive a reminder text message to save ATI Payment Portal contact information to ensure you do not miss important future communications.

Week of June 15: You will receive a text with a link to access the portal.

June 22: You will receive an email with a link to access the portal.

By clicking the link, you can access your account to view statements and receipts, make payments, and manage billing information.

No, your existing payment methods and payment plans will not transfer to the new ATI Payment Portal.

Once you access the new ATI Payment Portal, you will need to re-add your payment or card details and set up a new payment plan within the portal. The process is quick and easy—simply access your account, add your payment information, and follow the prompts to set up a plan that works for you.

If you need assistance, our Patient Advocate team can help guide you through the process.

After June 23, your clinic staff will also be able to provide you with support in the portal.
