How Online Physical Therapy Works: Get Started with ATI CONNECT

1. Request an Appointment

We’ll review your request and help determine if online physical therapy is right for you.

Request your appointment

2. Verify Your Information and Schedule

Once verified, we'll contact you to set up your first video session with your therapist.

Don't worry—we will work around your schedule and confirm a time that's convenient for you. You can expect your first appointment to last about 60 minutes.

3. Begin Online Therapy

You'll get an email and/or text confirmation of your first video session with all the details, including:

  • Appointment time and login details
  • Therapist name and contact information
  • Recommended equipment

If you have any technical issues when you first try to log in, please contact your therapist.

4. Keep it up!

Virtual PT is just like in person therapy, and requires some homework from you. Please stay up to date with the program plan your therapist recommends to solve your ailments, reduce your pain, increase your range of motion, and get you well.

Continue scheduling regular appointments with your therapist—online or in person. We're offering virtual PT as a solution for those who need or want to stay at home. But nearly all of our clinics remain open and available for patients, and we're following all Centers for Disease Control recommended guidelines. Stay up to date with any important, Coronavirus-related developments about our in-clinic services.

What is a Telehealth Physical Therapy Session Like?

What is a Telehealth Physical Therapy Session Like?

An online physical therapy session enables you to have the same interaction with a therapist remotely that you would in the clinic. You still get 1:1, real-time contact with a therapist, and guidance and feedback for your individualized therapy treatment. Expect the same things you would from in-person PT, including a treatment plan and exercise program to keep up between sessions.
