Once verified, we'll contact you to set up your first video session with your therapist and download the CONNECT by ATI app.

Don't worry—we will work around your schedule and confirm a time that's convenient for you. You can expect your first appointment to last about 60 minutes.

3. Begin Telehealth PT

You'll get an email and/or text confirmation of your first online physical therapy video session with all the details.

If you have any technical issues when you first try to log in, please contact your therapist.

4. Keep it up!

Online Physical Therapy is just like in person therapy, and requires some homework from you. Please stay up to date with the program plan your therapist recommends to solve your ailments, reduce your pain, increase your range of motion, and get you well.

Continue scheduling regular appointments with your therapist—online or in person. We're offering virtual PT as a solution for those who need or want to stay at home. But nearly all of our clinics remain open and available for patients, and we're following all Centers for Disease Control recommended guidelines. Stay up to date with any important, Coronavirus-related developments about our in-clinic services.
