Aquatic Therapy (Hydrotherapy)
Aquatic therapy (or water therapy) uses the natural buoyancy of water to facilitate exercise without the compressive loading forces present with routine land-based physical therapy programs. Available at select locations.

What Is Hydrotherapy?
Water therapy uses the water’s natural buoyancy to reduce stress on the body and help patients exercise. The natural pressure of water in therapy pools reduces joint and soft-tissue swelling. As a result, patients can avoid pain while they strengthen muscles, increase range of motion, and avoid deconditioning.
