What to Expect During Treatment

At the initial evaluation:

  • You will undergo a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation
  • There will be a review of your medical history, diagnosis and other concerns pertinent to care
  • You will be given the tools and knowledge to help achieve success

Treatment frequency will be based on the physical therapist’s findings during your first visit, and your doctor’s recommendations. If you have a pelvic floor or bowel/bladder diagnosis, internal manual therapy is an important part of of your care and will be discussed, but may not be implemented during the first visit.

Your commitment is essential to your recovery.
