What if I’m not sure whether I need physical therapy?

That’s OK. That’s why we are here. You can drop by any one of our clinics or call 833-ATI-0001 to schedule a complimentary injury screening assessment. Based on your visit, we will recommend the best course of action to help you live without pain.

What if I have another insurance, including Medicare, as my primary insurance?

You can still use the benefit through ATI Physical Therapy, but you will be required to follow any rules or guidelines of your primary insurance plan. You may need to obtain a doctor's prescription or referral if needed.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

A doctor's prescription or referral is not needed to visit an ATI Physical Therapy clinic, unless required by your primary insurance, including Medicare.

Your first visit will last approximately one hour and will include a comprehensive evaluation and applicable treatment administered by a licensed physical therapist. Following your evaluation, your physical therapist will thoroughly explain your personalized treatment plan and expectations for recovery and provide a commitment letter to you.
