Amber
Warren, MA
Amber, from Warren, Massachusetts, is impacted by epilepsy and cannot ride a bicycle due to the risk of falling and hitting her head. The ATI Foundation and Preston’s March for Energy presented her a purple adaptive bicycle that allows her to safely bike without fears of serious injury due to her epilepsy.
This beneficiary opportunity was possible because of the collaboration of three charities coming together to help a child. Team Hoyt, Preston’s March for Energy and the ATI Foundation. Team Hoyt referred Amber and her needs to PME and the ATI Foundation. Team Hoyt is a national charity founded by famous Bostonian Dick Hoyt who started running marathons 35 years ago with his son Rick, who was born with cerebral palsy.
