Kyla

Kyla is 18 years old and lives in Ashkum, IL. She has Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. The ATI Foundation is assisting Kyla and her family by paying for medical expenses and travel to New York for future visits to her pain specialist.

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is a condition that affects Kyla’s wrists with a constant burning pain, and causes a rash that spreads over her body. After suffering for many months, Kyla received her first relief from the pain from oral medications, pain injections, nerve blocks and therapy. In October 2013, she traveled to New York City to work with a specialist in Ketamine infusion, which has provided the most relief to date.
