We talk a lot about the ATI Foundation and the many events to support the Foundation...like this weekend's Joliet Cruisin-4-Kids Motorcycle event...but until you meet the children and families that benefit from the ATI Foundation you can't truly understand how important and life-changing this not-for-profit organization truly is.
Please take a moment to watch the video below and meet Erin, a young ATI Foundation beneficiary from Bourbonnais, IL. Erin suffered a series of strokes at birth and faces many physical and health impairments.
Being a smaller organization, ATI Foundation Director Terry Williams knew we couldn't provide Erin what she needed most, so Terry reached out to partner with another wonderful Chicago-based organization, the Mulliganeers, in order to buy Erin's family an Endless Pool for daily aquatic therapy.
Here is an excerpt from a letter by Erin's family:
"Together your two foundations, upon the sponsorship of Terry Williams, changed our daughter's future. From this point forward, her potential for mobility and strength is only going to get better. Thank you for believing in our little girl and for looking at her through our eyes. We will forever be grateful!"
There is still time to join in the Cruisin'-4-Kids celebration on Saturday, August 24. Register today.
And join the Mulliganeers on Friday, August 23 for the annual Bags and Beer at Gaelic Park event.
