Between the celebrations of Fat Tuesday and St. Patrick’s Day, it’s a good thing this head brewer is back brewing beer!
When Matt Voelkner, head brewer at Chicago’s Argus Brewery, was injured at work, he had to step away from his job while he went through multiple hand surgeries and extensive rehabilitation.
With the help of his occupational therapist, Matt powered through and regained function in his hand, and then completed ATI’s work conditioning program at the Beverly clinic in Chicago, IL.
See how Matt’s hand therapy and work conditioning prepared him for going back to full duty, and all the physical labor it takes to brew the perfect beer. It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it!
