Clinic Profile Update

In 1Q 2015, we are launching a new online local search strategy to ensure that consumers are finding ATI high up on the list of results when they do Google, Yahoo and Bing searches for physical therapy in their area. This initiative will be highly measurable and targeted to each clinic's specific geographical location, areas of expertise, etc.

To set up each clinic’s information correctly, we need your help. Below is a link to an online form; please complete one form per clinic you are responsible for; it will take about 20 minutes per clinic.

Instructions:

1.Each clinic director should complete one form per clinic by Wednesday, February 4.

2.Please fill out the form in its entirety.

3.Before submitting the form, PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR INFORMATION CAREFULLY. If you make a mistake on important information (such as address, telephone number, etc.), consumers will not be able to find your location or schedule an appointment easily. Typos will make us look unprofessional.
