Dr. Kneiser has been treating patients with work injuries since 1992, and has been in private solo practice since 2001. She updated the AANEM Glossary of Terms as Chairman of the Nomenclature Committee, published online in 2015 at aanem.org. She is Board Certified by ABPMR and ABEM (American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine) and has served as Oral Board Examiner for both ABPMR and ABEM.
Course Objectives

2. Update your understanding of what cervical and lumbar MRIs show in asymptomatic people: two important studies you need to know.
3. Learn the inciting events associated with lumbar disc herniation: one important study.
4. Learn the causal assessment of occupational lifting and low back pain: one important study.
5. Introduction to neuromuscular ultrasound imaging as adjunct to traditional EMG testing.
