Adds new location in Machesney Park
The community of Machesney Park now has access to physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services from the nation’s leading provider. ATI Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest location in Machesney Park, located at 1419 West Lane Road. ATI Machesney Park marks the first of two new northwest Illinois locations for ATI, and will be followed by the November opening of its second location in Rockford.
Welcoming patients at the new Machesney Park location is Caleb Young. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Caleb received his Master of Physical Therapy in 2010, and immediately joined ATI. He is certified in the Graston Technique® and is currently studying The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and will be taking the credentialing exam next year. Caleb enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, and finds it very rewarding when his patients move from disability to improved or full function. A resident of Rock City, Caleb enjoys being outside, boating and spending time at church with his wife and two children.
“We are excited to be part of the Machesney Park community, and looking forward to our continued commitment to the residents of this area,” said Dave Griffiths, Senior Regional Director at ATI. “At ATI, we are here for you—our patients and the communities we serve. With hands-on, individualized care, and an environment that is motivating and fun, we take care of the injury AND the individual. If you’re experiencing any aches and pains, please stop by, schedule a complimentary screening with Caleb and experience the ATI difference.”
First appointments with all ATI clinics are scheduled within 24-48 hours, and early morning and evening hours are available to accommodate patient schedules. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
ATI accepts virtually all major insurance carriers, verifies patient benefits prior to the start of treatment and offers individualized payment plans. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
