Residents of Palatine now have convenient access to physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services from the industry’s leading provider. ATI Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest Illinois clinic, located at 780 W. Northwest Highway.
John Stelnicki, PT, will be welcoming patients at the new clinic, bringing over 15 years of experience as a physical therapist. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. John also holds a degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, studied exercise physiology at Northern Illinois University and has additional training in the McKenzie Method®, Gary Gray Systems, Gajda Total Body Training and G5 vibrotherapy massage to release spasms, reduce swelling and optimize muscle performance. In his spare time, he proudly serves as the Swim Director for the Chicago Triathlon, personally competes in triathlons and regularly partakes in weight training, swimming, biking, running, roller-blading, cross-country skiing, power throwing workouts, baseball and SCUBA. A resident of Palatine, John is looking forward to working with residents to help them to return to a pain-free and active lifestyle.

“We are excited to bring the ‘ATI Difference’ to the residents of Palatine, offering industry-leading care and extraordinary outcomes," said Lucas Myers, Senior Regional Director for ATI Physical Therapy. “From the first visit, our focus is to be the bright spot in our patients’ day. If you’re experiencing any aches or pains, please give John a call and schedule a complimentary screening.”
ATI offers expanded hours and complimentary screenings, plus accepts virtually all major insurance carriers. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
