Members of the Michigan Rollin’ Pistons, various pediatric doctors from Detroit and surrounding suburbs and Sarah Goncalves, Director of the Michigan ATI PT Pediatric program took part in ATI Foundation Day at the ATI Detroit Lions Training Camp on August 11. Five players from the Michigan Rollin' Pistons started the day's official practice with the Lions Helmet Handoff, and then were treated to an exclusive indoor viewing of training camp, plus autographs and photos with players.
The ATI Foundation will be presenting the Michigan Rollin’ Pistons with a check for $2,300 that will purchase a new wheelchair for the team and will allow another child participation on the team. The check presentation will be taking place at a 2014 Detroit Lions pre-season game.
