The ATI Foundation, now active in 13 states, is impacting more lives than ever. This past weekend, the annual Cruisin-4-Kids Motorcycle Ride took place in our Wisconsin region. Riders battled threatening weather to help raise money specifically for one special beneficiary, as well as a local charitable organization.
Daniel Ell, a cheerful eight-year-old boy from New Berlin, WI, fights daily with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The family’s home is no longer functional for Daniel’s physical needs, and the Foundation has granted them $3,000 for handicap accessibility in their new residence.
The ATI Foundation has partnered with the Kenosha Achievement Center to assist with their mission to build a playground exclusively for children with disabilities. This playground will serve more than 600 disabled children in Southwestern Wisconsin.
The remainder of 2015 is full of opportunities to help support other children in need.
Events include:
August 22 Cruisin-4-Kids (Shorewood, IL)
September 12 Metal Walk and Chili Cook-Off & Tasting (Wilmington, DE)
October 3 Metal Walk (Indianapolis, IN)
November 14 “A Night at the Races” ATI Foundation Gala (Chicago, IL)
The ATI Foundation is happy to announce that the planning process has begun for 2016 events in the following regions:
-
Seattle/Tacoma, WA
-
Las Vegas, NV
-
Michigan
By the end of the year, all of our Colorado, North Carolina and South Carolina employees will be introduced to the Foundation and how we can become involved in those communities.
