ATI Physical Therapy is pleased to announce continued expansion in Michigan with the December 1 opening of its Grandville clinic, located at 4520 Ivanrest Avenue. Grandville is the first of three new ATI clinics scheduled to open this month in Michigan and will be followed by locations in Sterling Heights and Troy.
Sarah Wischmeyer, PT, DPT has been named lead clinician at the new location. She received her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University. Sarah is currently working on her CIMT certification–a manual based certification. Originally from Essexville, MI, Sarah relocated to Illinois following graduation and worked for ATI in the Chicagoland area. Recently married, she is excited to move back to West Michigan and become a member of the Grandville community.
Located on the southeast corner of 44th Street and Ivanrest Avenue by Target and Cabela’s, the team at ATI Grandville will provide a personalized, hands-on approach to get patients back to their best. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
“The opening of Grandville clinic, along with our two other openings this month, reinforces our commitment to Michigan and its residents,” said Dan Greenhill, Vice President of Operations for ATI Physical Therapy. “We are looking forward to welcoming patients and offering exceptional care in a friendly, encouraging environment.”
ATI strives to take physical therapy to a higher level by being the bright spot in the day of its patients. It offers expanded hours, transportation for those with a medical necessity and complimentary injury screenings. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, translational research and evidence-based medicine.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
