ATI Physical Therapy is pleased to announce continued expansion in Illinois with the opening of its 120th clinic. ATI Burbank, located at 7708 South Cicero Avenue, will offer residents convenient access to hands-on physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services from the nation’s leading provider. Burbank is the third of six new ATI Illinois locations scheduled to open through mid-2015, and will be followed by Zion, Huntley and Lincolnshire.
Brandon Postel, PT, DPT, will be welcoming patients at the new location. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally, Brandon recently sat for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialists Board Exam (OCS). An eight-year veteran of ATI, he previously treated patients at ATI’s Midway location. Brandon enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, with specialties in manual therapy, spinal manipulation, workers’ compensation and ACL reconstruction rehabilitation.
Located on the west side of Cicero Avenue between 76th and 78th Streets by Sports Authority and the Skechers Factory Outlet, ATI provides the highest level of comprehensive care that focuses on the total body. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
“At ATI, it is our mission to get patients back to an active and pain-free lifestyle by not only treating the injury, but also the individual,” said Chad Osborne, Regional Director for ATI Physical Therapy. “We create an atmosphere that is centered on the needs of our patients—one that is supportive, energetic and fun. If you’re experiencing any aches or pains, give our Burbank clinic a call, schedule a complimentary screening and experience the ATI difference.”
ATI offers expanded hours and complimentary screenings, plus accepts virtually all major insurance carriers. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
