ATI Physical Therapy is excited to announce continued expansion into northwest Illinois, providing residents of Crystal Lake access to physical therapy services from the nation’s leading provider. The new clinic, located at 5005 Northwest Highway, opened on November 3 and is ATI’s 97th location in Illinois.
Tina Balestreri, DPT, is looking forward to welcoming patients in the Crystal Lake community, providing the highest level of physical therapy in the area. Tina received her undergraduate degree in child psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2008, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin in 2011. She enjoys staying active by hiking, trail running, cycling and yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Tina is excited to work with her patients with the goal of returning them to an active lifestyle.
Located on Northwest Highway and Pingree Road, next to Around the Clock Restaurant, the team at ATI Crystal Lake will provide a personalized, hands-on approach to get patients back to their best. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
“We are thrilled to be part the Crystal Lake community, offering residents exceptional results in the most friendly and encouraging environment,” said Brandon Brown, Regional Director for ATI Physical Therapy. “Tina and our team of motivating clinicians will craft personalized treatments designed to reduce pain, increase mobility and reduce risk of future injuries.”
ATI, one of the nation’s leading physical therapy and sports medicine providers, strives to take physical therapy to a higher level by being the bright spot in the day of its patients. It offers expanded hours, transportation for those with a medical necessity and complimentary injury screenings.
Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, translational research and evidence-based medicine.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care, and a motivating, patient-friendly environment. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare.
As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
