ATI Physical Therapy is pleased to announce the opening of its 119th location in Illinois. ATI Northlake, located at 124 W. North Avenue, will offer residents access to physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services from the nation’s leading provider. As the Official Sports Medicine Provider for Timothy Christian High School and Leyden Lions Minor League Football, the clinic will help support the needs of their athletes.
Jose Camara, PT, will be welcoming patients at the new location. Jose earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Additionally, he is trained in the McKenzie Method®, a comprehensive spine and back approach for treating lumbar and cervical injuries. Prior to Northlake, Jose treated patients at ATI’s Elmhurst location for the past two years.
Located east of Interstate 294 between Sleepy’s mattresses and Panda Express, ATI will provide a personalized, hands-on approach to get patients back to their best. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
“From the moment our patients walk in the door, it is our mission to deliver the highest level of care, an encouraging atmosphere and exceptional outcomes,” said Lucas Myers, Senior Regional Director for ATI Physical Therapy. “If you’re experiencing any aches or pains, give our Northlake clinic a call and schedule a complimentary screening.”
ATI offers expanded hours and complimentary screenings, plus accepts virtually all major insurance carriers. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
