Joe Williams has been named Clinic Director of the Springfield Southwest location, bringing over 25 years of physical therapy and sports medicine experience to the community. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 1990, and has since been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Joe enjoys seeing a variety of orthopedic conditions, with a special interest in lower extremities, work injury prevention and pre-work testing. A native of Illinois, Joe currently resides in Pleasant Plains with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, gardening, dancing (Ballroom, Rhumba, Cha-Cha, etc.), traveling and attending Cardinals games. Joe is looking forward to welcoming new patients and returning them to an active and pain-free lifestyle.
Leading the team at the Springfield West location is Ryan Schallenberg. He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Southern Illinois University in 2001, then continued his education at Bradley University, earning his Master of Physical Therapy in 2005. Additionally, he holds an APTA Orthopedic Clinical Specialty Certification. He brings over a decade of outpatient physical therapy experience to ATI and looks forward to returning the residents of Springfield to an active and pain-free lifestyle. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, especially with his two sport-loving sons, and going camping on weekends.
