ATI Physical Therapy expands in Anne Arundel County, opens new Pasadena clinic
ATI Physical Therapy opened their newest Maryland clinic this week, located at 8116 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, Md. The new Pasadena clinic joins ATI’s Severna Park and Linthicum locations to serve the Anne Arundel County community.
“We are excited to expand into this part of Anne Arundel County,” said Dylan Bates, President and Chief Operating Officer. “Our Sports Medicine team provides athletic training services for many of the local schools, so it’s great to now have clinics nearby to serve those athletes and others in the community.”
ATI, a nationally-recognized physical therapy and sports medicine provider, emphasizes delivering quality care in a fun and encouraging environment. The Pasadena staff will create customized treatment plans for each patient while continually motivating them every step of the way.
Kate Burtman will lead the staff at Pasadena as clinic director. Burtman graduated from James Madison University in 2006 with a degree in health sciences and completed her doctorate of physical therapy at Old Dominion University in 2009. She joined ATI Physical Therapy in April 2011 and has previously worked at the Abington location. Burtman’s educational experience includes courses on comprehensive treatments of the foot and ankle, therapeutic yoga techniques, common running injuries, and rehabilitation of the shoulder.
ATI strives to deliver the best patient experience possible by developing evidence-based treatment programs backed by an in-house research department and offering expanded hours, complimentary injury screenings, and transportation services for those with medical need. ATI’s commitment to their patients has led to impressive growth, as the physical therapy company now boasts over 200 locations nationwide.
Named “Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation” by Advance Rehab Magazine, ATI also achieved URAC Core Accreditation, a mark of distinction that recognizes ATI’s commitment to quality health care.
ATI Physical Therapy offers morning, afternoon and evening hours. To make an appointment at the Pasadena clinic, please call 443-261-2220 or visit www.atipt.com.
