ATI Physical Therapy Expands into Tennessee and Georgia with the Acquisition of North River Physical Therapy
ATI Physical Therapy is now in ten states following the acquisition of North River Physical Therapy, an eight-clinic practice with locations in Tennessee and Georgia. North River’s Ringgold, Georgia location and Tennessee clinics in Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Hixson, and Soddy Daisy will transition to the ATI Physical Therapy name over the next several months.
“North River Physical Therapy has been a valuable member of the greater Chattanooga community for over 20 years. We are happy to welcome our new team members to ATI and excited to provide the resources to ensure a strong future for these clinics,” said Jason Hafner, Senior Vice President, ATI Physical Therapy.
Patients can expect the same friendly faces. Over 30 North River PT staff members are joining ATI. North River Executive Team members Andrew Marini, Chris Maschhoff and Gary Carlson have been named Regional Directors of the ATI Physical Therapy Tennessee/Georgia division.
“Speaking on behalf of my business partners, Chris and Gary, I want to express our enthusiasm for ATI. We were seeking a company that could take us to the next level, while also continuing our tradition of providing personalized care of the highest caliber. ATI Physical Therapy is that company,” said Marini.
