The community of Livonia is the latest in Michigan to benefit from the services of a new ATI Physical Therapy clinic. Located at 29539 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI, the new location will offer convenient access to physical therapy and work conditioning from the industry’s leading provider.
Welcoming patients at the new location is Jordan Amodeo. Jordan graduated from Wayne State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2013 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in 2010. Jordan has been drawn to the orthopedic population due to his background in athletics and his interest in exercise physiology and the musculoskeletal system. He has clinical experience treating a wide range of patient populations and diagnoses, including pre- and post-operative care, work conditioning/hardening, temporomandibular dysfunction, and balance/postural re-education. Jordan utilizes functional therapeutic exercise, balance interventions, along with manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, functional myofascial release, muscle energy technique, and soft tissue mobilization to treat his patients. He continuously seeks education opportunities to further his clinical skillset and uses evidence-based research to guide his patient care. Jordan strives to provide an excellent patient experience to all individuals, focusing on quality physical therapy care, patient education, and long-term health and wellness.
“We are excited to bring our exceptional care, upbeat atmosphere, and trusted expertise to the city of Livonia”, said Dan Greenhill, Vice President of Operations at ATI. “We treat a wide-spectrum of conditions with a focus on meeting each patient’s unique goals and exceeding their expectations. With same day appointments available, starting therapy is quick and easy. Give us a call or stop by for a complimentary injury screen and experience the ATI difference.”
First appointments with all ATI clinics are scheduled within 24-48 hours, and early morning and evening hours are available to accommodate patient schedules. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
ATI accepts virtually all major insurance carriers, verifies patient benefits prior to the start of treatment and offers individualized payment plans. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2007. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
