ATI Physical Therapy Named Among Top 10 Healthcare Workplaces in the Nation

ATI Physical Therapy is thrilled to announce that it has been named one of America’s Top 150 Workplaces by WorkplaceDynamics. ATI is listed in the Top 10 in the Healthcare category and is ranked #54 nationwide among all 872 organizations with more than 1,000 employees that participated in regional top workplaces programs.
The National Top Workplaces list was determined solely by feedback gathered through an objective survey of more than 1 million employees. The survey was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, in conjunction with 30 leading regional newspapers.
Regionally, ATI was named as the top large healthcare workplace by the Chicago Tribune and was named to the Top Workplaces 2012 lists published by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Indianapolis Star and Delaware News Journal.
“Our employees are our greatest asset. Patients come to ATI because they know they will receive the very highest care provided by the friendliest staff. It’s extremely important that we have a motivated and happy workforce,” said Dylan Bates, president and chief operating officer, ATI Physical Therapy.
The survey uses a proprietary set of 22 questions to rank companies. The survey data showed that employee perks are nice-to-haves, but what really drives employee fulfillment is high levels of organizational health. What really motivates employees is feeling they are part of a company that is going places. Companies that set a clear direction for their future; execute well; and bring real meaning to work are the healthiest.
“As we look to the future, and as our company continues to grow, we are even more determined to provide an environment in which our employees can enhance their skills, succeed in the field of their choice, and grow from the positive experience of having excellent outcomes for our patients,” said Bates.
Here are a few of the comments by employees:
“I work at a great clinic full of wonderful people who make going to work fun, and I enjoy the personal relationships that are built with patients in the clinic as well.”
“This company takes care of the patients and employees. I feel like I am part of something special and unique, and have lots of room to grow in the company.
“They show genuine concern about any questions or concerns that arise and find solutions in a timely manner.”
“They are always looking for ways to help the company grow and make sure their employees are in the loop and happy.”
“Senior management is very good about motivating employees and doing the right thing for people.”
