ATI Physical Therapy now an Official Partner with University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and ATI Physical Therapy are proud to announce their new partnership, recognizing ATI as a Corporate Champion Partner. The three-year agreement unites UWM with the most elite physical therapy and sports medicine provider in the country, and is designed to strengthen Panther Sports Medicine efforts, which provides training care to over 300 student-athletes competing in 15 Division I NCAA collegiate sports.
Chad Henneberry, ATC, formally with UWM, has joined the ATI team and will take an instrumental role in adding ATI Sports Medicine resources to the already successful UWM sports medicine team.
“We’re excited to have ATI join us as a corporate champion,” Milwaukee Director of Athletics Amanda Braun said. “The medical care of our student-athletes is of the utmost importance and this agreement will allow us to provide superior care for all of them.”
As a Panther Corporate Champion, ATI will also acquire naming rights for the redesigned "ATI Panther Pit,” a hospitality area used by donors and season-ticket holders attending Milwaukee men's basketball games at the U.S. Cellular Arena.
“We are excited to be working closely with UWM and their Athletic Training Department,” said Jason Pequette, senior director of sports medicine at ATI. “The synergies between our organizations and the desire to take comprehensive care of the UWM athletes, UWM students and surrounding community will help make a great partnership moving forward.”
