ATI Physical Therapy is expanding in Dover, DE with the opening of a new clinic at 200 Banning Street, Suite 230. The clinic, which opened on June 23, is ATI’s fourth area location and will accommodate the growing need for ATI's physical therapy services in the Dover community.
Located inside the Eden Hill Medical Center, ATI’s newest clinic will offer patients access to cutting-edge physical therapy services in a friendly and upbeat environment. Plus, patients will enjoy the added convenience of being treated in the same location as their physician’s office. Services include physical therapy, sports medicine and complimentary injury screenings. The team at ATI Dover Eden Hill is proud to support local sports programs by providing athletic training services for Dover High School, Polytech High School, Lake Forest High School, St. Thomas More Academy and Delaware Technical Community College.
Katherine Monahan, PT, DPT, has been named lead clinician at the Dover Eden Hill location. Katherine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, with concentrations in biomechanics and exercise physiology, plus a minor in disabilities studies. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware. Additionally, Katherine has been trained for Functional Dry Needling Level 1 by Kinetacore.
“ I am excited to partake in the opening of the Eden Hill clinic,” said Katherine. “It will provide a convenient location for individuals to receive a positive, quality physical therapy experience and encourage return to full participation in prior activities.”
