ATI Physical Therapy Opens New Clinics in Indianapolis, Northbrook and Joliet

ATI is expanding into one new market, and providing more convenient locations in two existing markets with new clinics in Northbrook, Joliet and Indianapolis. The clinics, which opened on August 12, feature physical therapy and sports medicine services in a friendly and upbeat environment.
The new Northbrook-Glenview clinic, located at 1122 Willow Road, Suite A, is ATI’s first clinic to service these towns. The new Southwest Indy clinic, located at 6920 Gatwick Drive, Suite 120 in Indianapolis, reaches an area near Decatur Central High School previously underserved by ATI. The new Joliet Southwest clinic at 1312 Houbolt Road in Joliet is a satellite clinic to accommodate the growing need for ATI's physical therapy services in Southwest Joliet.
“At ATI, we offer the benefits of a big company and the personalized, family-like atmosphere of a small practice. We are grateful to our patients who have responded positively to ‘the ATI Difference’ and we are excited to offer three more convenient locations,” said Jason Hafner, Senior Vice President, ATI Physical Therapy.
The new clinics feature a more open floor plan designed to be more conducive to encouraging movement. Walls have been removed to create more open space. Patients will enjoy a larger exercise area and a more vibrant atmosphere. Smaller, counter height workstations with outlets for laptops and tablets allow clinicians to update patient files more efficiently in order to quickly return to patient care.
ATI began in 1996 with one clinic in Willowbrook, Illinois and has grown to over 250 locations in eight states. Unique in the industry, ATI has a dedicated in-house Research Department to improve rehabilitation outcomes through basic science, translational research, and evidence-based medicine.
Recognized for outstanding quality, ATI has been named “Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has been awarded URAC Core Accreditation, a mark of distinction that recognizes ATI’s commitment to quality health care.
To give back to the local communities where ATI patients and staff work and live, ATI established the ATI Foundation, a non-profit organization benefiting children in need of resources and funding due to medical complications and physical impairments.
For Indiana and Illinois patients who have questions about an orthopedic injury or pain, ATI Physical Therapy offers complimentary injury screenings. Patients are seen by a licensed provider who can evaluate the injury and provide options for continued care. With the passage of a new law on July 1, Indiana residents can now go directly to a physical therapist for evaluation and/or treatment without a referral from a physician.
All ATI locations are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and by appointment on Saturdays. To make an appointment, please call 1-855-MYATIPT or visit www.atipt.com.
