ATI Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its new Hamburg clinic, currently located at 10020 Professional Center Drive, Ste 100. The new location, set to open on August 15, is located at 9604 Chilson Common Circle, in the shopping plaza near Kroger off of M 36. Patients will enjoy improved treatment areas, state-of-the-art equipment and the energetic atmosphere of a brand new clinic. ATI Hamburg offers physical therapy, sports therapy, F.I.R.S.T.TM/work conditioning and FCEs.
Ashlee Wines, the current clinic director in Hamburg, will continue to lead the team at the new location. Ashlee graduated from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan with a bachelor of science in health fitness and preventive rehabilitation in 2005. She continued her education at Central Michigan and graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2008. Ashlee has been practicing at the Hamburg location for the past 8 years and has a special interest in treating post-surgical and orthopedic conditions but enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses. Ashlee has attended numerous continuing education courses on an eclectic group of topics such as muscle energy, functional massage, and mobilization with movement to better help her patients achieve their therapy goals. Ashlee leads a lifestyle centered on physical activity and health, which she is able to carry into her physical therapy practice. She enjoys running, biking, hiking, fishing, traveling, Detroit Tigers baseball with her husband and spending time with their two dogs.
“Our new clinic is designed to provide our staff with the proper space and amenities to give excellent physical therapy care to patients in our community,” said Wines. “We welcome patients, community members and physicians to visit our new facility!”
Complimentary screenings are available at all ATI locations, and first appointments are scheduled within 24-48 hours, with early morning and evening hours available to accommodate patient schedules. Rehabilitation services include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports-specific training, and therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
ATI accepts virtually all major insurance carriers, verifies patient benefits prior to the start of treatment and offers individualized payment plans. Unique to the industry, ATI’s dedicated in-house research department aims to improve patient outcomes through basic science, research and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
ATI has received many local, regional and national accolades for its commitment to quality care. The company was named “Best Physical Therapy Company in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has achieved URAC core accreditation recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. As a way to give back to the communities in which its patients and employees live, work and serve, ATI established the ATI Foundation in 2003. The ATI Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides resources and funding to children with physical impairments.
