ATI expands coverage in Las Vegas area
ATI Physical Therapy proudly announces further growth in the state of Nevada with the addition of Desert Valley Therapy, a four-clinic practice with locations in the Las Vegas Valley. ATI is the nation’s largest physical therapy practice under one brand, and recently expanded into the state of Nevada with the addition of Matt Smith Physical Therapy.
Brent Mack, Chief Clinic Operations Officer with ATI Physical Therapy, looks forward to the addition of another market leader in Nevada. “The clinics of Desert Valley Therapy are a perfect addition to ATI and complement our other locations. As a leading provider in the Las Vegas area, Desert Valley is dedicated to patient-centered care at the highest level. Together, we will continue to deliver this level of care and positively impact the lives of more individuals in the communities we serve.”
Desert Valley Therapy is a leading provider of physical therapy, hand therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services in the state of Nevada, dedicated to delivering individualized care and enhancing their patients’ quality of life. All staff and clinics will remain in place, with the same commitment to patient care and the local community that has been Desert Valley’s mission for more than 17 years.
“The focus of Desert Valley Therapy is to improve the lives of our patients through individualized care and functional outcomes,” said Randy Allen, Director of Outpatient Therapy with Desert Valley Therapy. “Our partnership with ATI will provide additional resources, allowing us to continue this focus with more opportunity for growth, expanded services, and enhanced benefits for our patients.”
With corporate headquarters located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, ATI currently operates 430 clinics in 13 states: Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington and Wisconsin.
ATI is a comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation provider, specializing in research-based physical therapy; work conditioning/hardening; functional capacity evaluations; sports medicine and performance; and women's health. Unique in the industry, ATI has a dedicated in-house Research Department to improve rehabilitation outcomes through basic science, transitional research, and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
Recognized for outstanding quality, ATI has been named “Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has received URAC Core Accreditation, a mark of distinction that recognizes ATI’s commitment to quality healthcare.
To give back to the local communities where ATI patients and staff work and live, ATI established the ATI Foundation, a non-profit organization benefiting children in need of resources and funding due to medical complications and physical impairments.
