Piotr Tuszynski, DScPT, of ATI Physical Therapy, named one of Chicago’s Outstanding Physical Therapists
Naperville, IL – A charming personality, infectious laugh, and an amazing knowledge of the human body - just a few of the bountiful compliments colleagues and patients extol about Piotr Tuszynski, a physical therapist at ATI Physical Therapy’s Naperville South clinic.
Tuszynski, DScpT, ATC, CMPT, has been honored as one of Chicago’s Outstanding Physical Therapists in a special section published in the February 2014 issue of Chicago Magazine. Tuszynski was selected for the designation by Five Star Professional. The award recognizes service professionals who provide quality services to their clients.
Patient Tim Kizorek, of Naperville, said Piotr was able to help him when no one else could.
“Piotr really knows what he is doing. He knows the whole human body…that is key! Just as important, he has a positive personality,” said Kizorek. “I believe in the power of healing with a positive outlook and laugher. Pitor is the whole package.”
According to clinic director Dennis Carter, Tuszynski takes ownership for his patients and their outcomes.
“Piotr has a genuine passion for the Physical Therapy profession and a genuine pride in what we do. He educates his patients in their overall health, not just a diagnosis and educates our referral sources on the extent of treatment plans,” said Carter.
Tuszynski has worked for ATI Physical Therapy for six years. He continues to demonstrate an ongoing dedication to education; advancing his own skills and knowledge. He recently achieved his doctorate in addition to his advance manual certification, and completed dry needing certification. He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer
“Piotr’s energy is infectious. He has it all. He has a top-notch skill set along with an amazing personality,” said Brent Mack, Chief Clinical Operations Officer, ATI Physical Therapy
