Thank you for accepting your nomination to be an official business participant in our first annual ATI Foundation Road Trip Adventure!

Please complete this form in its entirety, and keep in mind that Road Trippers will choose which stops they will visit, and which ones they might not. The goal for many will be to get as many stickers as possible to increase thier chances of getting the most points and win a prize. However, some Road Trippers and their families will pick and choose based on location, activity, level of interest, distance, and what special offers entice them the most!

We encourage you to create a special, exclusive deal that will attract as many Road Trippers as possible. What will make out-of-towners choose your location and provide them with a memorable, worthwhile experience?
