Course Fee for PT, OT, PTA, OTA and ATC: $400 (+ hotel accommodations if applicable).
The course is limited to 400 participants. Fee includes all course sessions, breakout sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, all breaks and the Saturday evening reception.
Refund Policy: If your registration must be cancelled for any reason, you will receive 100% refund if cancelled before July 5, 2013. Following July 5, 2013 no refund will be provided.
