PiYo (Downers Grove and Carol Stream)
A fusion of Pilates and Yoga to work your entire body: strengthens, stretches and lengthens.
ZUMBA (Downers Grove and Carol Stream)
A fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that creates a dynamic and exciting, yet easy to follow class! It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations.
Total Chisel (Downers Grove and Carol Stream)
A strength-training class that uses a variety of equipment such as weights, bosus, barbells, tubing and stability balls to strengthen and tone your entire body. Modifications and ways to increase intensity are provided to ensure a great workout for all fitness levels!
Total Chisel/Cardio Pump (Downers Grove)
This half Chisel and half Cardio class will have both your heart and muscles pumping for a total body workout. Anything goes for the Cardio portion of the class in which a variety of formats such as Step, Cycling, Dance, Interval or Kickboxing can be used. What's your favorite format? Join us and voice your opinion. You get to help design the makeup of the class so you get the workout you desire. Variety is the spice of fitness and keeps those muscles guessing.

Offers a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. This indoor cycling is designed for all levels and provides a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping while burning serious calories!
Flow Yoga (Downers Grove)
Take your Yoga practice to the next level. Utilizing your breath, you will flow from one movement to the other, building heat and strength (Cardio involved)
Intro to Yoga (Downers Grove)
An introduction to the fundamentals of Yoga, teaching you correct alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Morning Yoga (Downers Grove)
An early morning practice of Sun Salutations mixed with a variety of Asana to welcome the day!
Cardio Dance Fitness (Downers Grove)
We'll bring the FUN back to fitness! Burn off the calories as you burn up the dance floor in this fun and effective dance fitness class. The simple combination-building patterns will have you dancing in no time to the beat of the latest hits. The class can be done low intensity or high intensity. You decide! The instructor gives modifications and varations so that everyone can get the workout that suits their needs. Class will finish off with an ab workout and cool down.
Body Sculpting (Carol Stream)
Tones your body from head to toe using weights and calisthenics to sculpt and shape the major muscle groups for an excellent workout.
Hard Core Cycling (Carol Stream)
An indoor cycling class that has cardio intensity mixed with core training to help you build strength and endurance for the entire body.
Energy Cycling (Carol Stream)
A spinning program class designed to build muscle endurance and strength through intense rides that emulate riding a real bike. Appropriate for any skill level.
Low Impact Training (Carol Stream)
A class designed for members who have arthritis or any type of joint pain. A great workout without heavy forces on your joints.
Low Impact Cardio Mix (Carol Stream)
Get Moving in this fun, easy to follow, easy on your joints Low Impact Cardio Strength class! Workout to Country, Latin, the latest Pop and Broadway tunes while learning simple dance combinations. Strength exercises using various equipment are added into the mix to work all your major muscles. Gentle stretching concludes the class. Class can be done low intensity or high intensity. YOU decide with the guidance of the instructor! Modifications are given to suit everyone's individual needs.
TRX Fusion (Carol Stream)
A boot camp style class using functional training on and off the TRX for a high intensity workout. This class combines TRX training, partner exercises, cardio drills and various other equipment for a unique cardio/strength combination. Maximum 10 particpants, so get there early!
TRX Circuit (Carol Stream)
Will tighten your core, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and increase your flexibility by using a suspension training system. It's a great new way to workout!
Yoga (Carol Stream)
Incorporate flowing sequences and dynamic standing poses to build strength and stamina. Breath work and guided relaxation will be included in this complete yoga practice. Appropriate for beginner to intermediate skill level.
Tabata Protocol (Carol Stream)
This high intensity interval training class will utilize both aerobic and anaerobic systems to provide you with results. 20 seconds of high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest, this nonstop class will get you and keep you in top condition.
